The Black Flame reading group meets Monday evenings every two weeks. We will be meeting on: June 28, July 12, July 26, August 9, August 23, September 6, September 20, October 4, October 18, November 1, November 15.

We meet at:

209 MacNab Street North, Hamilton

About the reading group:

The Hamilton branch of the Ontario anarchist-socialist organization Common Cause would like to invite you to join a reading group on Black Flame: The Revolutionary Class Politics of Anarchism and Syndicalism. This wide-ranging work on the 150 year global history of anarchist and syndicalist ideas and movements will be of interest to both those looking for an introduction to anarchism and syndicalism/revolutionary unionism as well as to those looking to deepen their knowledge of revolutionary history and practice.

The reading pace will be slow, one chapter every two weeks, and discussion will be facilitated to ensure even participation.
